We jumped at the chance to produce 90 edits for CBBC. These were cut-down versions of 30 episodes of children’s adventure show BBC Serious. In each series a group of eight 12-15 year olds embark on challenging expeditions to all corners of the globe, undertaking environmental and conservational projects along the way.
After 6,500 applications, eight young adventurers were chosen to travel to Namibia, tasked with attempting to save the critically endangered Black Rhinoceros. Over the course of their stay the team of young adventurers slept under Tarpaulin in the dunes and spotted an array of exotic wildlife, before ending the trip with a fifty-mile trek which took in the Namibian sand dunes and the skeleton coast.
